Financial Policy

   Thank you for choosing us as your dental specialty care provider!  The following is our financial policy. Our main concern is that you receive the proper and optimal treatment needed to restore your health!  Therefore, if you have any questions or concerns about our policies, please do not hesitate to ask.

 

    We require that payment for services rendered, be due at the time of your visit. There are several methods of payments that we accept to accommodate peoples different needs. The methods that we accept are cash, all major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, Discover, and AMEX.  We also accept Care Credit.  With and only through Care Credit, we do offer monthly payment plans for services costing $200 or more.  The payment option is only for 6 months consecutively. An application must be filled out. Once it is fully filled out, it will become processed immediately.  Please, do not hesitate to ask one of our staff if you are interested in the Care Credit payment plan. 

 

    If you do have insurance, then we will be more than happy to file it for you, as long as you provide complete insurance information. We would like to let you know, that you will be responsible for any remaining portion at the time of visit.  Please keep in mind that this is an estimated portion and may be subject to chance once the insurance receives and reviews the claim.  Also, please do understand that if your insurance does not pay your claim, you are still responsible for the remaining balance in full at the time of your visit.  

 

    As a heads up, we would like to inform you, that any accounts that are over 90 days unpaid, will be placed with a collection agency or small claims court.  Collection agency fees and/or attorney fees will be added to your final balance at the open legal rate of interest.  Once an account goes 90 days without paying, it will be subject to an 18 percent finance charge.  We would like to let you know that you will be held responsible for these additional charges as well as any billing charges that may apply.  Once an account is placed with an agency, the payments must be sent directly to that agency and will no longer be accepted by our practice.  We would rather not go this route, and very rarely does it happen.  However, if needed, we will have to implement this course of action.
